Process of JEE Main 2016 Online Application
- Open the official website of the examination and read all the instructions and eligibility criteria before proceeding. It would ease the process of JEE Main 2016 Form submission.
- Start with online registration. You have to enter some basic details, upload scanned images of signature and photograph, and make payment of application fee.
- Create a password. It must be between 8 and 13 characters, and contain a capital letter, a small case letter, a special character & a number.
- Choose an option to reset the password – security question, verification code in SMS, or reset link via email sent to the registered email ID of the candidate.
- Verify all the details and press submit button. Save the details of password and registration number. Login into your account by entering the registration ID and password.
- Enter all the details – personal (date of birth, category, course applying for, and parents’ name), educational (pass year, percentile, and board), and contact (mobile, email ID).
- Submit the JEE Main 2016 Application Form & press the print command to generate its printout. Keep it safe till the final admission is made in any of the participating organizations.
- All the images must be in JPG format and scanned using a professional scanner.
- Photograph must be between 4 KB and 40 KB and of size 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (Height).
- Signature must be between 1 KB and 30 KB and of size 3.5 cm (length) x 1.5 cm (Height).
- Thumb Impression must be between 1 KB and 30 KB and of size 3.5 cm (length) x 1.5 cm (Height).
