Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2015 will be conducted on 04 April 2015 (Pen & Paper mode) and on 10 & 11 April 2015 (Online mode) by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Candidates interested in soughting B.E/B.Tech admissions will be required to appear for Paper 1 and candidates aspiring for B.Arch/B.Planning admissions will have to appear for Paper 2.
The results for the JEE Main 2015 Exam will be announced by CBSE on 27 April 2015. Also, the JEE Main 2015 cutoff will be declared on the same date. After the announcement of result, All India Ranks will be declared on 07 July 2015. will issue the Jee Main 2015 Cutoff in order to select and allot admissions to deserving & eligible candidates out of the lakhs of appearing candidates. As the seats available for allotting admissions are limited, therefore the need for cutoff arises for delimiting the number of candidates. This cutoff will provide the minimum marks which will be required to be obtained by every candidate for being considered for further stage of admission. On the basis of the JEE Main 2015 Cutoff, students will be shortlisted strictly on the basis of merit for counseling/personal interview. Candidates who would have scored more marks then listed in the cutoff list will be selected. It is therefore necessary for every candidate to score more marks & high ranks to be considered eligible for soughting admissions.
