Central board of secondary education (CBSE) conducts India’s highest participated examination in the form of JEE Main 2016 Examination. The purpose of conducting this examination is to select candidates for the engineering courses at the famous Governmental Engineering colleges such as IITs, NITs and other government funded technical institutes (GFTIs). Every year lakhs of candidates participate in this examination in order to qualify for the institute which they think can bring them closer to their dream destination and make them achieve what they want to achieve in their life.
The JEE Main 2016 Exam Pattern is very simple one and depends on the higher secondary level. The JEE MAIN consists of two papers namely B.Tech and the other one is B.Arch. paper. The candidates can appear in both the paper and any one of them. Let us see the JEE Main Exam Pattern for both the papers individually:
Paper 1: B.Tech
As per JEE Main 2016 Exam Pattern, This paper is basically conducted on the morning session from 9am onwards. The examination is conducted for three hours. The whole question paper is divided into three sections namely Physics, chemistry and Mathematics sections in which there are 30 questions each.
Paper 2: B.Arch.
According to JEE Main 2016 Exam Pattern, This paper is conducted in the afternoon session form 2 pm onwards. This paper sees relatively less takers if compared to the B.Tech paper. This paper also contains three sections like the B.Tech paper and the detail of which is given here:
