Goa Common Entrance Test 2015 is commonly known as GCET 2015. It is a state level entrance exam conducted by Directorate of Technical Education for the admission of candidates in various institutions of the state. Candidates can take admission in undergraduate courses in various fields like engineering, homeopathy, architecture, medical, technology, etc. In this article, candidates will find all the details related to exam.

Important Dates For GCET 2015
The test will be conducted on two days. First exam will be conducted on 5 May 2015. This will be of physics from 10 am to 12 noon. Then after the break of two hours second exam of chemistry will be conducted from 2 pm to 4 pm. Thereafter on second day mathematics exam will be conducted from 10 am and in second half biology exam will be conducted.
It is obvious that if a candidate wants to appear in an exam then he/she must be eligible for it. If they fail to satisfy even one of the eligibility condition then they will not be considered eligible and henceforth cannot apply for the exam.
Eligibility Conditions For GCET 2015
All these eligibility conditions must be fulfilled completely otherwise candidate's application form will not be accepted by the board.
Application From For GCET 2015
Candidates interested in GCET 2015 will have to fill application form for the same. Candidates from outside Goa can request for the form by sending request letter and fees DD to Director of Technical Education. They can also download the application form from the website of GCET and submit it after filling it completely and correctly. The fees for application form is 700/- and for brochure is 900/-.
The application form must be send with copies of all the required documents to the authorized centers. Late fees of 1000/- must be paid by the candidates if they want to submit even after the last date. Admit card will also be handled to the candidates by hand only.

- Candidates applying for medical courses must have completed 17 years of age as on 31 December 2014. For any other courses there is no such age limitations
- Candidates applying for medical courses should have completed their XII class from Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Examination or any equivalent with atleast 50% marks with science subjects
- For engineering courses, the candidates must be passed HSC or 12th of Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Examination or its equal with English, physics and mathematics as compulsory and secured least 45% marks (40% for reserving class) in total of Physics, mathematics and optional subject (chemistry, biotechnology, computer science or biology)
- For GCET 2015 Pharmacy courses, the candidates must be passed HSC or 12th of Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Examination or its equal with English, physics and chemistry as compulsory and secured least 45% marks (40% for reserving class) in total of Physics, chemistry and optional subject (mathematics, biotechnology, computer science or biology)
- For admission to the B.Arch, the candidates must have passed the NATA with valid scores. The candidates must be passed HSC or 12th of Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Examination or its equal
