CEED 2017 Cutoff - The minimum qualifying marks that a candidate must secure to qualify the CEED 2017 has been announced. It is the cutoff, on the basis of that, the IIT Bombay will prepare a merit list. On the basis of the merit list, the candidates will be called for the counselling process. The Cutoff for Paper A and B will be calculated separately by the conducting authority. Part A is the minimum qualifying marks, whereas, Part B will be considered for the final selection. The minimum qualifying marks in Part A will be calculated for Part B. If a candidate fails in Part A, the authority will not check the Part B answer sheet of such candidate.
CEED 2017 Cutoff Part A
The paper of CEED Part A will consist of the objective type questions. Four options will be given to the candidates for each question, out of which the candidates will have to select any one as an answer. The CEED 2017 Cutoff of Part A is mentioned below.
CEED 2017 Cutoff Part B
The questions in Part B will be the subjective type questions. It will determine the writing, drawing and designing skills of the candidates. However, the candidate will not announce the particular cutoff for the Part B. The performance of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of various factors like ability to draw, write, shade, knowledge of 2D and 3D, understanding of the shade and much more.
Candidates must note that if the candidates qualify the Part A of CEED 2017, then only the authority will calculate the answer sheet of Part B. For admission of the candidates in the participating colleges only the merit rank will be considered.
CEED 2017 Cutoff Part A

- For General/Open Category candidates, the cutoff percentage is 10%
- For OBS-NCL Category candidates, 9% is the minimum qualifying percentile.
- For SC/ST/PWD candidates, the minimum qualifying cutoff is 5%
