All Information about WBJEE 2018 - West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will hold the WBJEE 2017 for the admissions to various under graduate courses in West Bengal. All the candidates who qualify the entrance examination will be granted admission in Universities, Govt. Colleges and Self-Financed Institutes. One must submit the Online Application Form of WBJEE 2017, which will be available tentatively from 1st week of January, 2017. Candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the university to appear for the entrance examination. The WBJEE entrance exam is expected to be held in 3rd week of May, 2017. It will be held in offline mode. There are around 104 participating institutes and the seats offered by them are around 36,000.
WBJEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must be 17 years old as on December 31, 2016. Candidates of Marine Engineering, the candidates should not be above 25 years.
The candidate must be a bonafide resident of West Bengal.
Candidates must pass 10+2 examination from West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination, with 65% marks aggregate in PCM (55% for reserved category) and minimum 30% marks in English.
WBJEE 2017 Application Form
The Application Form of WBJEE will be available tentatively in 1st week of January, 2017, which will be filled online.
After the Application Number and Password is generated, candidates have to upload the recent passport size colored photograph, left hand thumb impression and other relevant documents.
The fees for WBJEE 2017 Application Form of Rs. 500/-(with bank charges) can either be paid in online or offline mode.
After filling and payment of the application form, confirmation page will be displayed which have to be printed for future preferences.
